Along with the other updates last night, Club Penguin has updated their banning system. Penguins found breaking the Club Penguin rules receive a warning. Any penguin found continuing to break the Club Penguin rules (after warned) will receive an automatic ban.
Personally, I like this new feature. If a penguin is found breaking the Club Penguin rules by a mistake, they receive a warning sign, but before any penguins found breaking the Club Penguin rules mistakenly, receive an immediate ban.

No rude or inappropriate language
Stay safe online
No sharing personal information
Play fair
No cheating or use of third party programs
